1. Overview

SupplierClean is a web-based software service that helps Shopify merchants clean supplier spreadsheets, review data changes, and export Shopify-ready CSV files and purchase order drafts.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining access to your account and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use SupplierClean to upload unlawful content, attempt to disrupt the service, reverse engineer the platform, or misuse automated systems in a way that harms the service or other users.

4. Customer data

You retain ownership of supplier files and product data that you upload. You grant SupplierClean permission to process that data only to provide the service, including parsing, mapping, cleaning, validation, and export features.

5. AI-assisted features

AI-assisted features are provided to suggest mappings or text improvements. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before using exported files in Shopify or with suppliers.

6. Payments

Paid plans are billed on a subscription basis through our payment provider. Prices and billing terms are shown on the pricing page or checkout page before purchase.

7. Disclaimer

SupplierClean is provided as-is. We do not guarantee that every supplier file or exported CSV will be accepted by Shopify without review. You should verify business-critical data before importing or purchasing inventory.
