This policy explains when refunds may be issued for SupplierClean subscriptions.

1. Subscription cancellation
You may cancel your SupplierClean subscription at any time. After cancellation, your access may continue until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated during checkout.
2. Refund window
If you are not satisfied with SupplierClean, contact us within 7 days of your first subscription payment. We will review refund requests in good faith.
3. Non-refundable cases
Refunds may not be available for accounts that have heavily used the service, violated the terms of service, or requested repeated refunds.
4. Processing
Approved refunds are processed through our payment provider and may take several business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
